Legislative Committee Meeting

The Chapter 146 Legislative Committee and Chapter Officers held a meeting on December 17, 2008 at the Mount Vernon Restaurant in Somerville.

Proposed legislation and prospective Bills were discussed. Proposed changes to the Board of Boilers Rules, Mass. General Laws Chapter 146 and legislation affecting the "Chief of Inspections" were reviewed.

A State Representative was in attendance to discuss Bill filing procedures and final passage.

When Bills are filed The Chapter 146 Association membership will be informed to solicit their support.
