These courses are correspondence, study at home programs. The courses are approved for TCHs for Wastetwater Treatment Plant Operators renewal certificates.

Industrial Mechanics TCHs 20
Introduction to fundamental industrial mechanical concepts, principles and equipment. This course covers industrial topics such as: precision measurement, print reading, tools and safety, rigging and lifting, ladders, calculations, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, bearings, flexible belt and mechanical drives, vibration, alignment and electricity. Practical Math TCHs 20 hours
Includes 4 hours of MGL Chapter 146 plus: Fractions; decimals; percentages; converting measurements; using exponents; ratios and proportions; working with plane and solid figures. A good practical math program or brush up on this important subject. Textbook and Self Explaining CD-Rom included. Graphs are offered as an optional subject.
